Here's something to warm you up in this very cold winter - Tom & Laura's beautiful wintry wedding at Pennard House. The light was just *chefs kiss* and we had some gorgeous golden light shining some warmth onto T&L's wedding day. Having done an engagement session with Tom and Laura prior to their wedding day, they were super relaxed and could fully immerse themselves in their day, and enjoy the most out of their wedding portraits.
Tom and Laura held their ceremony at St Peter & St Paul's Church in South Petherton, which was a family tradition and there were lots of tears shed during the ceremony. Laura struggled with her vows due to so many tears but they made it through and there were smiles all round when they were announced as husband and wife. We quickly took some shots outside after the confetti and got everyone sent off to the venue to warm up and get some drinks and food down them! Mulled ciders and wine warmed everyone up during the welcome drinks, and lots of cosy candid photographs were taken of family and friends (my fave kind).
For decor at the House, T&L opted for a Zodiac/celestial theme - which I LOVED! I have never seen anybody incorporate the Zodiac signs into their wedding decor, and I am a sucker for anything celestial so I just fell in love with the reception decor. It really complimented the festive time of year and all of the colours worked seamlessly together. Tom and Laura are just the most wonderful pair and I have had so much fun getting to know them and work with them on their wedding day. I'm sure looking through their highlights will give you a warm and fuzzy feeling inside, just what we need right now during this chilly winter!
